Mobility Unlocked

Présentation

Open to all body types and ages, this class is designed to activate body awerness, unlock mobility head to toes and create conscious movement. An increase mobility can help you remove stiffness, improve your posture and feel good in your own skin.

I am Claudia, a certified teacher of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance), Yin Yoga (RYT 50 Yoga Alliance), and a trained Breath Coach®. My background includes diplomas in ballet, contemporary dance, and Indonesian dance and music, as well as years of experience teaching and performing Argentinian tango. This multidisciplinary foundation gives me a deep understanding of the body, movement, and alignment. I offer an expert and personalized approach to yoga, creating a space where students feel supported, guided, and encouraged to explore their practice with awareness and intention.
