Yin Rest

Présentation

This class is a mix of Yin and Restorative Yoga. It's a floor based practice that consists in holding each pose for several minutes with the support ot props like bolsters and blocks. It helps release tension and sooth the nervous system, while gaining flexibility effortlessly.

I am Claudia, a certified teacher of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance), Yin Yoga (RYT 50 Yoga Alliance), and a trained Breath Coach®. My background includes diplomas in ballet, contemporary dance, and Indonesian dance and music, as well as years of experience teaching and performing Argentinian tango. This multidisciplinary foundation gives me a deep understanding of the body, movement, and alignment. I offer an expert and personalized approach to yoga, creating a space where students feel supported, guided, and encouraged to explore their practice with awareness and intention.
